CustomerExperienceRockstar : How a single employee will make all the difference [video]
It start from a rejection theory and end up as an amazing #CustomerExperience Rockstar discovery. The Austin-based entrepreneur Jia Jiang is on his week into a challenge. Challenge is called 100 Days of Rejection Therapy. Idea is to ask for a complicated request a day with the expectation of it being shot down. He has requested to deliver the weather forecast on his local FOX affiliate, asked to be a live mannequin in the front window of an Abercrombie store and tried to cut in line at Best Buy on Black Friday – all in the name of becoming better at handling failure and the fear that accompanies it. Sounds brilliant right? yes. Interesting in this attempt he asked KrispyKream representative to make him an Olympic shaped donut rings. Sounds complicated right? Imagine what the customer service representative would have responded to such a request. She complied and that is not enough, she gave the donut set to Jia Jiang for free.
So, finding such customer experience rockstar is extremely important for the business. I recently had written a blog “System to find and utilize customer service rockstars to build brand value“.
