This is a great opportunity for a motivated student studying Construction Management or related fields who want to gain first-hand experience understanding the unique services Talson provides to its clients. This individual will delve into a number of different areas that will ultimately help the daily operations of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical Assistance:
Assist with audits of contractor applications for payment
Organize findings binder
Assemble/Maintain Talson engagement toolbox of standard documents
Assist with electronic documentation organization
Assemble project binders

Additional Responsibilities May Include:
Project research on various industry sectors: healthcare, education, transportation, commercial real estate, infrastructure
Conduct research on current leads and clients
Research opportunities through General Administration Services (GSA)
Support in the preparation of RFPs
Assist in various marketing projects

Potential Projects:
Online outreach and promotion through various outlets: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter
Website and social media optimization
Keyword Analysis
Cost/benefit analysis
