A large company with a brand new headquarters in Boston is looking to add a Lead Software Engineer to their team. This position is being offered on a permanent, direct hire basis, and they will pay top dollar for top talent. Along with a strong base salary, you will also receive an annual bonus of $15-$20k, and a 12% 401k match.



Requirements:

This is a java spring based role and this individual must have expert level experience.
They want someone who has the ability to be extremely hands on but also has the communication skills to help mentor and lead a team.
Previous lead experience is highly preferred
Experience working in a cloud environment. Azure is preferred but AWS is okay.
Prefers experience with Kubernetes or Docker containers
Microservices
Experience with SaaS development is highly preferred
