FirstService Residential is North America’s foremost property management firm. Specializing in Property Management, Front Desk Security Guards, Cleaners and Superintendent within our Property Services Department.



We are hiring for experienced Security Guard/Concierge positions at our High-End condominiums we manage.



We are hiring in the following location and hours:

Shifts Available:
1. Monday - Friday 0000-0800
2. Monday to Thursday 0000-0800, Sunday 0000 -1200
3. Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday 2000-0400
4. Tuesday to Saturday, 1600-0000
5. Tuesday to Friday 1600-0000, Saturday/Sunday 1200-0000


Location: Markham, ON



Security Guard Skills and Qualifications:

· Valid Security Guard License & Emergency First Aid

· Excellent Communication skills (verbal and report writing)

· Intermediate computer skills

· Excellent Customer Service skills; outgoing and friendly personality; committed to providing exceptional service excellence to customers and employees

· 1 year of Experience in the Security industry, Law Enforcement and/or Military field

· Secondary school education (or equivalent). Post-Secondary education is an asset

· Security and Police Foundations Diploma is an asset

· Ability to work rotating shifts including: afternoons, overnights and weekends
