We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients understand their insurance options and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs.

This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively negotiate and market various insurance products.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for insurance sales.

Effectively communicate policy details, terms, and conditions to clients.

Negotiate terms of insurance contracts to secure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and competitive products to better serve clients.

Experience

2-15 License or the ability to obtain 2-15 license

Previous experience in retail sales or outside sales is preferred but not required.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is essential.

Experience in marketing insurance products or services is a plus.
