WHO YOU ARE
The Manager of Online Content and Merchandising is responsible for the content & online merchandising strategy, optimization, execution, and performance for our ecommerce retail partners and customer base.
This person is highly knowledgeable in eCommerce, online merchandising, and online customer experience and will lead the team to enhance the company’s brand presence for all lines of business, increase sales and selection of products.
The ideal candidate will be engaged in the business and is accountable for optimizing the online merchandising strategies and maximizing ecommerce sales through implementing plans. Additionally, executing new product, promotional, marketing and content launches.
This role will manage the Online Merchandising team and work together to simplify and streamline processes and ways to work with our external and internal customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and plan content and merchandising strategies that increase online sales opportunities and create a positive online customer experience.
- Lead the team to deliver enhanced product/non-product content that increases online sales and experience for each customer through data driven content and merchandising.
- Play role in the Digital Commerce leadership team, contributing to digital content strategy and ensuring clear communication of priorities.
- Provide leadership over the strategic direction of a set/domain of initiatives, including roadmap, annual & quarterly planning, and the communication of the plan to greater team /senior leadership.
- Work with executive stakeholders across business, technology and creative, to balance competing interests and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively and aligning various partners along the way.
- Lead at the strategic level, but also the day-to-day by deeply understanding our customers, our business, our products, and technical domains.
- Manage and maintain day-to-day online merchandising while supporting /prioritizing business needs.
- Ensure digital assets are consistent company’s brand, style and voice.
- Represent digital commerce sales channel in planning for marketing and product launches.
- Drive cross functional collaboration with Creative Design Service, Product Management, IT, Retail and Professional Sales Business Units
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
Position is Hybrid, working from home Monday and Friday, and collaborating with onsite team Tuesday through Thursday at our Orlando, Florida - Lake Nona headquarters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Key member in the Digital Commerce leadership team, contributing to digital content strategy and ensuring clear communication of priorities.

- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Lead at the strategic level, but also managing the day-to-day online merchandising by understanding our customers, our business, our products, and technical domains.
- Ensure digital assets are consistent with the company’s brands, style and voice.
- Represent digital commerce sales channel in planning for marketing and product launches.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or relevant field.
- 4-6 years of recent experience working in Digital, eCommerce, Online Content and Merchandising
- Experience working with ecommerce Retailers and working with or within CPG companies with various brands.
- Preferably knowledge working with Amazon Advertising Services and other e-Retailer marketing and media campaign portals.
- Proven skills in both content and online merchandising that have increased eCommerce sales, including SEO, Search, Navigation and Taxonomy knowledge and experience.
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally at many levels; Skilled at gaining alignment.
- Strong customer focus, rich content driven and merchandising instincts.
- Self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision.
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
- Travel required 10%
